Hypnotoad

For a few months, I've been playing bar trivia with a team called All Glory to the Hypnotoad, at some point I decided that we needed to have a little mascot to have on the table. And I've also always wanted to have a little Hypnotoad, so it was a perfect time for it. It's pretty much on model with how it was seen on the show(with adjustments here and there made when translation from 2D to 3D was tricksy), but I also wanted to make it so it almost looked like a real animal, so I added a bumpy skin texture and flesh folds. It's about 4 inches from mouth to butt, so it fits in the hand about as well as a real toad would. It's also in a good scale with the Futurama action figures, so it works displayed next to them as well.

It's made from polymer clay, mostly Sculpey Firm and a little Premo on some of the more delicate bits so they're a little flexible. Painted with some of the cheap ~$1 a bottle acrylic paints. The collar was made from ribbon, wire and cardboard.
